Return & Exchange Policy

Important: By using your C-1 product, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this C-1 limited warranty (the “Warranty”) as outlined below.

We build our products to exceed industry performance standards and offer a smarter ultralight stock systems component for the most demanding customers in the sportsman shooting industry. Our products are manufactured with pride in the United States of America and are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.

We stand behind our products with the industry’s best unlimited-year guarantee. While there are a few reasonable exceptions, unless the product is intentionally damaged through extreme misuse, it is expected to hold up under normal use.

C-1 warrants to the original purchaser that your Ambi Elite–branded product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for an unlimited period from the date of purchase.

Return Process

The return timeline includes transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5–10 business days), processing time once received (3–7 business days), and the time required to ship the correct item or issue a refund. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Refunds for purchased items will be applied to the original debit or credit card used. If payment was made by check, a refund will be issued by check and sent via USPS. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund and are non-refundable.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
  • Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund after inspection.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email sales@c1elite.com.

If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed and issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.
