Our company uses USPS for our standard shipping. UPS 2nd Day, 3-Day Select, and Ground shipping are available by customer request if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your online order.
All orders placed directly through our website typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. If your order was placed by phone or email, it will typically ship within 5 to 7 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your package. This confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you.
For phone/email orders, credit or debit cards are processed approximately 1 to 2 days prior to shipment. For custom work (for example, coating), your card will be processed the same day the order is placed. For checks, allow approximately 10 to 14 business days for clearance; your package will ship the following business day after the check clears.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is Standard Only (no Express or Overnight).
- We ship within the USA to the lower 48 states, Alaska, and Canada (Canada and Alaska may require additional fees).
- Shipping cost is a $15 flat rate for orders over $250. Alaska costs a $25 flat rate for each order.
- Canada shipping rates are: $35 USD on orders $0–$125 USD, $45 USD on orders $125–$300 USD, and $55 USD on orders over $300 USD.
- Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing. Delivery times depend on location.

Eligibility for Refunds
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
